Description

Bootstrap 3 has the official SASS version:

https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap-sass

misago-frontend should be migrated to it, to make future migration to Bootstrap 5 or 6 easier.

Contributor guide

Check the misago frontend directory for LESS files. Replace them with the equivalent SASS from bootstrap sass. Update build configuration (likely webpack or gulp) to compile SASS instead of LESS. Ensure no styling regressions. Refer to the official bootstrap sass repository for migration details.
