Description

Hi there

It would be very helpful to users that are deploying Grafana Loki & Grafana Enterprise Logging (GEL) via Kubernetes Helm charts to have a list of all the inter-process communication ports and protocols within a Kubernetes based deployment of GEL/Loki.

This will also help with customers deploying in highly secure environments which require security teams to have visibility into the ports/protocols as part of their internal security process.
