Description

We already have two ideas linked below similar to this

While many Apache Software Foundation (ASF) projects stick to a classic, text-heavy "Apache Way" aesthetic, a new generation of Top-Level Projects (TLPs) has embraced modern web design. These projects often feature sleek UI, clear branding, and dedicated "Community" or "Team" pages with high-quality avatars and contributor profiles.

I think avatars should be stored with the site so PMC and Committers can choose their avatar if needed.

Review the linked issues #2436 and #2428 for context, then examine the example project pages (echarts, apisix, airflow) to understand their avatar implementation. Consider how to store avatars in the site repository and update the PMC and Committers lists accordingly.
