To improve user experience, when run $KYUUBI_HOME/bin/beeline w/o -u, it should respect the kyuubi-defaults.conf to organize the URL.

Examine the beeline script in $KYUUBI HOME/bin/beeline to understand how the JDBC URL is constructed. Then modify it to read kyuubi defaults.conf and use the config values (like kyuubi.frontend.bind.host, kyuubi.frontend.bind.port) to form the URL when no u flag is provided.
